LILY LEBLANC

Lily LeBlanc is a composer and artist who finds inspiration and beauty in the simple unfoldings of each day. Her compositional style has its roots in the Romantic period, often favoring sweeping melodic themes, yet she enjoys experimenting with ambient orchestral textures, merging heartfelt melodies with dreamy soundscapes, yielding sonic experiences that are well suited for the screen. She also composes upbeat, electronic music and enjoys improvising with synthesizers and her harmonium. Though her first love is piano and other acoustic instruments, she is well versed in current music software to aid in her compositional and production process, including Logic X, ProTools, and Sibelius.

 

Her specialty is composing for media, yet she pursues her craft holistically and can often be found lost in her sketchbook, nurturing her different muses. Lily has had her music featured in works at the Cannes Film Festival, Palm Springs International Film Festival, and at the E3 | Electronic Entertainment Expo. She has also had the pleasure of interning at esteemed companies such as Jingle Punks and Hans Zimmer's Remote Control Productions, as well as orchestrating MIDI arrangements of popular Disney tunes for Strawberry Hill Music. Her piano and synthesizer skills are featured in the Reading Material album, available now on Spotify and Apple Music. She is available and brimming with ideas for your next creative project.
